   • If you purchased a package or a deal from us, but you find a better deal from the same vendor with cheaper price within 60 days. You can get the difference back by contacting us or the vendor. (Same form as the payment within 30 days, Credit within 60 days)

   • Make your appointment with ease.
3. AFTER SERVICE CARE
   • SUPER discounted one year touch-ups for members with 1 year unlimited treatments on the same area. ($10/touch-up, twice/year)
   • FREE one year touch-ups for members with 6 completed sessions of uninterrupted treatments on the same area. (twice/year)
   • FREE two year touch-ups for members with 10 completed sessions of uninterrupted treatments on the same area (twice/year)
4. MODIFIED REFUND POLICY
   • Up to 50% REFUND on ineffective services. (Limits may applied. PLEASE consult with the vendor for this guarantees, this demand cannot be combined with AFTER SERVICE CARE. Services must be purchased directly through YupUs or the Vendor. e.g. Vendor’s online appointment and package system.)
5. CUT DOWN THE WAITING
   • NO more than 15 mins waiting time. If YupUs members arrive on time, their sessions should start in less than 15 mins from the appointment time.
6. MORE FLEXIBLE TIMING
   • YupUs members can make changes 4 hours prior to their appointments. (twice/year)
